Distinguiamo 5 categorie destinate alla commercializzazione:

1. asparagi “Extra” in mazzi da ½ Kg – lunghezza massima 25 cm, colorazione verde per oltre i 3/4 della lunghezza, apice ben serrato, assenza di alterazioni e difetti, diametro dei turioni misurati a 1/2 altezza > 12 mm, calibro medio 16-18 mm;
2. asparagi “Prima” in mazzi da ½ Kg – lunghezza massima 25 cm, colorazione verde per oltre i 3/4 della lunghezza, apice ben serrato, assenza di alterazioni e difetti, diametro dei turioni misurati a 1/2 altezza compresa tra 8 mm e 12 mm, calibro medio 10 mm;
3. asparagi “seconda” in mazzi da ½ Kg – lunghezza massima 25 cm, colorazione verde per oltre i 3/4 della lunghezza, apice aperto, possibile presenza di alterazioni e difetti, diametro dei turioni misurati a 1/2 altezza > 8 mm;
4. asparagi “asparagina” in mazzi da ½ Kg – lunghezza massima 25 cm, colorazione verde per oltre i 3/4 della lunghezza, apice aperto, presenza di alterazioni e difetti, diametro dei turioni misurati a 1/2 altezza compresa < 8 mm;
5. asparagi “punte” sfusi in cassetta da 6 Kg – lunghezza massima 12 cm, colorazione verde.

“Asparago Sovrano” COMMERCIAL CATEGORIES

We distinguish 5 commercial categories:

1. asparagus “Extra” in bunches of ½ kg – maximum length 25 cm, green color for more than 3/4 of the length, apex fully tightened, no abnormalities and defects, diameter of shoots measured at 1/2 height> 12 mm , average size 16-18 mm;
   2. asparagus “First” in bunches of ½ kg – maximum length 25 cm, green color for more than 3/4 of the length, apex fully tightened, no abnormalities and defects, diameter of shoots measured in height between 8 1/2 mm and 12 mm, average size 10 mm;
   3. Asparagus “second” in bunches of ½ kg – maximum length 25 cm, green color for more than 3/4 of the length, open apex, possible presence of abnormalities and defects, diameter of shoots measured at 1/2 height> 8 mm ;
   4. asparagus “asparagine” in bunches of ½ kg – maximum length 25 cm, green color for more than 3/4 of the length, open apex, presence of abnormalities and defects, diameter of shoots measured at 1/2 height of <8 mm ;
   5. asparagus “punte” (tips) loose in boxes of 6 kg – maximum length 12 cm, green color.

Packaging

• Mazzi da ½ Kg uniformi ben serrati con due elastici in para di colore verde.
• Gli asparagi si presentano avvolti da una fascetta in polipropilene idonea per gli alimenti larga cm 5 riportante il logo, il marchio “Asparago Sovrano” e tutti i dati identificativi dell’azienda produttrice;
• Cassette in cartone, legno o PP da 30 cm x 40 cm altezza 15 cm in doppio strato, contenenti 12 mazzi omogenei da ½ Kg;
• Cassette in cartone, legno o PP da 30 cm x 50 cm altezza 10 cm in uno strato, contenenti 8 mazzi omogenei da ½ Kg.
• Bouquets from ½ Kg uniformly tight with two rubber bands in green color para.
  • The asparagus appear wrapped in a strip of polypropylene suitable for foodstuffs measuring 5 cm wide , showing the logo of the brand “Asparagus Sovrano” and all the identification data of the producer;
  • In carton, wood or polypropylene 30 boxes  cm x 40 cm height 15 cm, double layer, containing 12 homogeneous bunches of (half a kilo) ½ Kg;
  • In carton, wood or PP 30 boxes cm x 50 cm height 10 cm in a layer containing 8 homogeneous bouquets of (half a kilo)  ½ Kg.
